Project Manager, ServiceNow HRSD

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager (ServiceNow HRSD).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ServiceNow HRSD projects, including new implementations, enhancements, and system upgrades
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
• Serve as the primary point of contact between HR business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to ensure clear communication and alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven experience (typically 3-5+ years) in a project management role, successfully leading complex IT or software implementation projects
• Direct experience managing at least one full lifecycle implementation of the ServiceNow HRSD module
• Strong understanding of HR processes and service delivery models
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
