Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager (Contract Position) to lead program implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the overall program lifecycle and ensure timely assistance delivery and accurate reporting
• Build and manage relationships with government and non-profit partners
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design tools for financial assistance programs and manage multiple programs simultaneously

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or master's degree with 3+ years of program management experience
• Experience working with nonprofits, NGOs, or in the human services sector
• Proven track record of managing multiple programs simultaneously
• Experience implementing technology to meet program needs
• Tech-savvy with comfort in data and databases
