Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Director to lead quality improvement projects and research initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and administer quality improvement projects as a Principal Investigator or Co-Principal Investigator
- Maintain relationships with project sponsors and partners while developing new partnerships
- Supervise project management staff and provide professional development to team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or three years with an advanced degree
- Experience supervising project management staff and/or leading multi-disciplinary teams is preferred
- Training in research and evaluation methodology is preferred
- Experience in behavioral health and/or maternal and child health program implementation is preferred
