Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Senior Deputy Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Salesforce projects focusing on Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud implementations
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders
• Develop and manage detailed project plans aligned with client needs and federal standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce Service Cloud and Community/Experience Cloud projects
• Active Salesforce certification verifiable in Trailhead
• Able to pass background and credit checks for Public Trust clearance
