Job Summary

A company is looking for a PMO Documentation Specialist to develop and maintain program-level documentation for effective program management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and program-level reports
  • Coordinate with PMO leadership to ensure timely delivery of documentation deliverables
  • Review and update documents regularly to reflect program changes and improve documentation quality
Required Qualifications
  • Public Trust Clearance or higher (ability to obtain and maintain required background investigation)
  • 2-5 years in technical writing or documentation development roles
  • Experience supporting compliance-heavy federal IT environments
  • Strong understanding of knowledge management practices using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Section 508 compliance standards and accessible document development
