Job Summary
A company is looking for a PMO Documentation Specialist to develop and maintain program-level documentation for effective program management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and program-level reports
- Coordinate with PMO leadership to ensure timely delivery of documentation deliverables
- Review and update documents regularly to reflect program changes and improve documentation quality
Required Qualifications
- Public Trust Clearance or higher (ability to obtain and maintain required background investigation)
- 2-5 years in technical writing or documentation development roles
- Experience supporting compliance-heavy federal IT environments
- Strong understanding of knowledge management practices using tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with Section 508 compliance standards and accessible document development
