Job Summary
A company is looking for a Delivery Manager - Customer Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill engagement requests for Customer Engineers and manage resource allocation
- Assess individual consultant skills and develop readiness plans to meet business demands
- Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve utilization and bench targets within service levels
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in resource management or support/delivery management
- 8+ years of program or project management experience in IT, operations, or business
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, operations, business administration, or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience in resource or delivery management for an enterprise-scale business
- Knowledge of professional services concepts and resource management tools
