Assistant Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant Project Manager- Mechanical.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development, management, and storage of all project documentation
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to prepare the construction budget and schedule
• Manage subcontractors and ensure project safety, quality, and productivity

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in project management or a BS/BA degree in a related field
• PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification is a plus
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment
• Experience in a leadership role with proven leadership skills
