Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
• PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or health tech environments is highly desirable
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
