Joint Trench Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Joint Trench Program Manager to oversee the implementation of greenfield projects and expand network connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the selection and submission of greenfield projects into project management software, tracking progress through implementation phases
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimates for outside plant (OSP) projects while ensuring timely delivery of conduit to project sites
• Serve as the primary contact for joint trench design companies, consolidating performance data and identifying new opportunities through data analysis

Required Qualifications

• Three years of experience managing construction projects for cable/fiber operators in a joint trench environment
• Five years of experience in network operations, network engineering, or network construction
• Experience with CAD, GIS systems, and FTTH records/as-builts
• Experience working with telecommunications providers, power companies, or cable providers
• Experience in Greenfield designs and builds
