Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst for a remote position supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support all aspects of SAFe Agile software development planning and design
• Create work breakdown structures and program schedules, assigning tasks to software development team members
• Engage stakeholders to gather, evaluate, and document business requirements and processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 - 8 years of professional business analysis experience
• Proven experience in data analytics, programming, and requirements analysis
• Experience designing basic UX/UI wireframes and presenting concepts to clients
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and Atlassian JIRA
