Job Summary

A company is looking for a Field Medical Excellence - Medical Capabilities Senior Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive development and execution of Field Medical Excellence plans and solutions
• Ensure standardization, training, and quality delivery across Global Medical systems
• Identify process improvement opportunities and manage program risks effectively

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 2 years of related industry experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Advanced degree in life science, computer science, business, or related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in information technologies and analytics platforms within the pharmaceutical industry
• Experience in operations within a biotech, pharmaceutical, or CRO company
• Strong understanding of medical affairs, drug development, and commercialization processes
