Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an AI transformation strategy and governance framework
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing AI solutions and manage project portfolios
• Design and deliver AI training programs and establish internal AI champion networks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of experience in AI implementation or business strategy roles
• 3+ years of experience managing enterprise-wide technology initiatives
• Proven track record of successful large-scale organizational change management
