Job Summary

A company is looking for a NOC Engineer I - Outage Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate response on network outages with various engineering teams for quick resolution
• Perform event notifications to internal and external customers and management
• Assist with network outage isolation, troubleshooting, and chronic issue identification

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years of professional experience in a NOC environment at a telecommunications provider
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Vendor certifications preferred (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Salesforce)
• Proficiency with Fiber Broadband and IP Network Technologies
• Demonstrated experience across the Technology Skill Matrix
