Platform Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor of Platform Operations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an infrastructure engineering and operations team to ensure high-quality technology project delivery
• Oversee the design, implementation, and support of enterprise-grade platforms, ensuring availability and security compliance
• Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement while aligning technical execution with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of relevant experience in IT systems engineering management
• 10+ years of relevant technical and business experience in IT systems delivery and operations
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code and cloud services such as AWS
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
