Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lawson ERP Systems Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the ERP Systems team through projects, including upgrades and system enhancements
• Manage day-to-day IT operations and production support activities for the ERP Systems team
• Recruit, hire, and supervise team members while conducting evaluations and recommending promotions

Required Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of system development, implementation, and support experience, or equivalent education and experience
• Strong applications development and support experience, preferably in business and back-office systems
• Experience in IT operations, production support, and service management methodologies; ITIL preferred
• Strong project management skills
• Demonstrated experience with IT standards and best practices for application development and project management
