Job Summary
A company is looking for a NOC Technical Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership and oversight to the Operations Center team on various infrastructure platform issues
- Supervise ticket queues and manage the design and implementation of the Logic Monitor event management system
- Collaborate with customers and engineers to enhance technical efficiencies and ensure timely documentation and resolution of service requests
Required Qualifications:
- At least three years of NOC Engineer experience
- Multiple certifications in administration of Logic Monitor (LMCA/LMCP/LMCD)
- Operational experience in Windows Server, O365, Unix/Linux, and backup administration
- Basic knowledge of storage systems and clustering solutions
- Experience with ITIL-based ticketing systems, preferably Service Now
