Business Systems Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business System Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Business Systems Contact within Corporate HR and provide technical support for HR-related software and systems
• Lead large-scale projects, including gathering and documenting business requirements and coordinating project activities
• Troubleshoot application issues and implement modifications or enhancements as needed

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology / Systems
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules and HRSD
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline or 8 years of related work experience in a technical role
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferred
