Mortgage IT Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst - Mortgage.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Mortgage line of business by identifying technical innovations and enhancements
• Manage and maintain ICE Mortgage Technology's Encompass Banker Edition and provide application support
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements while facilitating communication between stakeholders and IT teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3 to 5 years of Mortgage technical experience and a minimum of 5 years in a technology or business analyst role
• Knowledge of bank rules, regulations, and compliance requirements
• Experience with business and technical requirements elicitation and analysis
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development life cycle concepts
