Job Summary
A company is looking for a Mid-Level IT Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to all service requests and document user issues
- Provide level 2 technical support using Lansweeper, ITSM, and remote desktop for over 4000 staff
- Install desktop hardware, peripherals, and individual software packages as needed
Required Qualifications
- 36-60 months of experience in IT support beyond that of a Programmer
- 36 months of experience managing support requests at a level 2 help desk
- 36 months of experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including Windows 11
- 36 months of experience with O365 and Outlook installation and support in an enterprise environment
- 36 months of experience using Lansweeper, Remote Desktop, and Active Directory
