Medallia Technical Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medallia Technical Analyst (DXA).

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect business and technical requirements for DXA implementation
• Conduct end-to-end DXA setup on new websites
• Configure custom reporting views and segments in DXA

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of hands-on experience with Medallia DXA (Decibel)
• Strong understanding of DXA metrics (e.g., frustration score, technical score, DXS)
• Experience configuring dashboards, funnel views, page groups, and segments
• Knowledge of privacy compliance (e.g., data masking)
• Ability to work independently on technical implementations
