Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator (Remote Eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure ServiceNow applications and modules
• Implement and maintain workflows and business rules within the platform
• Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow incidents and requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Experience with ServiceNow administration and configuration
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices
• Certification in ServiceNow administration is preferred
• Familiarity with scripting languages used in ServiceNow
