IT Problem Management Analyst Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Problem Management Analyst Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for critical and high-priority multi-platform problems
• Lead investigations to analyze the nature of problems and determine root causes and impacts
• Manage processes to eliminate recurring incidents by coordinating actions to resolve known errors

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with infrastructure and/or applications
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field
• At least 5 years of related work experience in the IT field
• Experience with analytical tools and IT Problem Management
• Familiarity with ITSM tools like BMC Remedy
