Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Software Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end service delivery for large-scale implementations and migrations to SaaS platforms for insurance clients
• Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and drive project execution and delivery

Required Qualifications:

• 18+ years of IT experience
• Previous experience delivering insurance systems
• Strong background in mainframe technologies (COBOL, JCL, CICS, DB2, VSAM)
• Knowledge of Microfocus and AWS cloud solutions
• Experience overseeing budgets and resolving escalations
