Job Summary

A company is looking for a Platform Administrator (Coupa) to manage and optimize the Coupa Procure-to-Pay platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Coupa platform, managing updates and configurations
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and support accurate data exchange
  • Provide user support, develop training materials, and implement system improvements for enhanced platform adoption
Required Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience with Coupa or similar Procure-to-Pay platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes
  • Experience in user support and system configuration
  • Familiarity with data integration concepts and tools
