Job Summary
A company is looking for a Platform Administrator (Coupa) to manage and optimize the Coupa Procure-to-Pay platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Coupa platform, managing updates and configurations
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration and support accurate data exchange
- Provide user support, develop training materials, and implement system improvements for enhanced platform adoption
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience with Coupa or similar Procure-to-Pay platforms
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes
- Experience in user support and system configuration
- Familiarity with data integration concepts and tools
