Job Summary

A company is looking for an Incident Manager to lead their Incident Management Process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client-based escalations and manage the incident life cycle
  • Drive continuous improvement programs to reduce escalations through process and product enhancements
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in project or incident management in a SaaS environment
  • Experience with complex IT systems and SaaS technologies
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively
  • High degree of integrity and ability to work independently
