Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in project or incident management in a SaaS environment
- Experience with complex IT systems and SaaS technologies
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives effectively
- High degree of integrity and ability to work independently
