Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ITOM functionalities within ServiceNow
- Collaborate with teams to align IT strategy and requirements
- Provide innovative technical solutions and identify efficiency improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Information Technology System Engineering, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
- ITIL Foundations certification required
- Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules
- Familiarity with IT Operations Management tools and processes
- Ability to manage MID Servers for seamless integrations
