Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service Management Analyst (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ITOM functionalities within ServiceNow

• Provide innovative technical solutions and identify efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Information Technology System Engineering, or a High School Diploma/GED with 8 years of experience
• ITIL Foundations certification required
• Experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules
• Familiarity with IT Operations Management tools and processes
• Ability to manage MID Servers for seamless integrations
