Data Protection Operations Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Protection Office Operations Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, governance, and optimization of Crown Jewel Office processes
• Establish collaborative relationships with ISRM, business, and IT System Owners to protect Crown Jewel data
• Lead assurance activities and provide regular reporting on the health and status of Crown Jewel assets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience; Master's Degree with 7 years; or PhD with 3 years; relevant experience may substitute for degree
• Experience managing service provider outcomes, including SLA and contractual obligations
• 5+ years of experience utilizing ITIL Framework
• Proven experience in risk mitigation strategies
• CISSP preferred
