Senior Systems Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Engineer - SCCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a wide range of devices and operating systems including Windows, Mac, iOS, and Linux
• Collaborate with technical teams to triage support tickets and serve as a service desk request escalation point
• Document processes and develop new procedures for L1/L2 teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in IT systems engineering
• 2-5 years of experience with SCCM Current Branch
• Technical training, degree, or industry certifications
• Experience in cloud application management/configuration
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and endpoint management tools
