IT Technician III

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Technician III to provide technical support for desktop computers, applications, and related technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop computers and applications
• Document issues and assist in managing IT resources and systems
• Train and mentor less experienced team members while ensuring customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Associates' degree and one year of experience, or three years of equivalent work experience in Information Technology
• Proficiency in desktop, mobile devices, and network connectivity
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office O365 applications
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and interact with various customer levels
• Flexibility to work variable shifts and respond to on-call duties
