IT Support Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Service/Printer Technician for a 100% remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update printer drivers and IP addresses within the ERP system (Trilogie)
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to complete printer upgrades and related tasks
• Document and track completed tasks while working independently

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in IT support or a related technical role
• Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with Trilogie is a plus
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid IT support environment
• Prior involvement in large-scale IT rollout or upgrade projects
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing)
