Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager - Insider Threat (US Federal).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of security engineers focused on Insider Threat and Data Protection
• Develop and enhance processes to identify and mitigate insider threats
• Collaborate with leadership to build and mature security programs and tooling

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in incident response, insider threat, or threat detection
• 3+ years of experience managing operational security teams
• BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and insider threat detection tools
• Proven ability to coach and develop team members
