ITOM Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Advisory Solution Consultant, ITOM.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic sales opportunities by showcasing ITOM capabilities, focusing on Discovery, Service Mapping, AIOps, Observability, and Cloud-native visibility
• Build and maintain solution demos and showcase assets aligned with ITOM customer challenges
• Design and lead Proof-of-Value engagements to demonstrate proactive operations and service-aware intelligence

Required Qualifications

• Deep experience with Discovery methods, including SNMP, WMI, SSH, and API-based collection
• Practical knowledge of Service Mapping techniques and CMDB architecture
• Familiarity with AIOps capabilities, including event correlation and predictive insights
• Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and VMware
• 7 years of pre-sales experience or technical consulting background
