Site Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot escalated tickets and provide 2nd and 3rd level support to customers
• Perform on-call duties and participate in critical incident calls as a subject matter expert
• Create and maintain system documentation and support processes while managing tickets daily

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of hands-on technical architecture experience across multiple technologies
• Advanced experience with Windows Server operating systems; Linux experience is a plus
• Knowledge in Active Directory architecture and infrastructure
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. government security clearances
