A company is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to provide outstanding end-user support within their IT team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical support via ticketing system, chat, or in person
- Configure and deploy laptops, monitors, VoIP phones, and software for new hires
- Troubleshoot Windows and Mac hardware/software issues and support remote users
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in a Desktop Support, IT Technician, or Help Desk role
- Experience supporting both Windows and Mac environments
- Basic networking and peripheral troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and user directories like Okta or Azure AD (preferred)
- Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
