A company is looking for a Health Informatics Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and implement clinical quality improvement activities with healthcare providers
- Assess EHR systems and recommend interventions to overcome barriers to quality improvement
- Lead physician offices through quality improvement activities and assist in using EHR for care management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant science or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of electronic health records and health information technology standards
- General knowledge of data, databases, and networks
- Understanding of the healthcare marketplace and technology diffusion in physician offices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
