PACS Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a PACS Implementation Specialist (Contract) to lead the deployment and integration of advanced PACS and related systems in healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement PACS and imaging workflow solutions across clinics and regions
• Lead technical integration efforts involving DICOM, HL7, RIS, and EMR
• Collaborate closely with radiologists, IT teams, vendors, and clinical leadership during implementations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Health Informatics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with PACS/RIS deployment, system integration, or clinical IT architecture
• Deep understanding of DICOM and HL7 v2.x standards
• Hands-on experience with one or more PACS platforms
• Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language
