Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the System Configuration Team
- Investigate and resolve configuration issues in the HealthRules Payer system
- Design, implement, and test configurations to support new health insurance products
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 3+ years of health plan configuration experience with HealthRules Payer platform
- 5+ years of claims processing experience across various claim types
- Operational experience in health plan domains such as enrollment or provider data management
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
