Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Information Technology responsible for the operational management and implementation of academic technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administration and support of the learning management system (LMS) including troubleshooting and user management
- Implement and integrate new learning technologies and tools, ensuring seamless integration with the LMS
- Collaborate with faculty, students, and departments to provide support and guidance on academic technologies and assess emerging needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in system administration, technical support, or project management
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle) preferred
- Experience in a higher education setting is preferred
- Ability to manage department operations and lead teams effectively
