A company is looking for a SoftLab Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Support SoftLab product and daily operations, including installation and integration of clinical electronic healthcare systems
- Lead project tasks, team workflow, and ensure compliance with regulatory billing requirements
- Develop documentation and client deliverables while driving process improvement and client communication
Required Qualifications
- Previous SoftLab LIS experience in all four lab modules: BBK, MIC, PTH, LAB
- Expertise in Lab Integrations and familiarity with building integrations to third-party applications
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in Office suite products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and a professional demeanor with a customer service orientation
