SoftLab Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SoftLab Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SoftLab product and daily operations, including installation and integration of clinical electronic healthcare systems
• Lead project tasks, team workflow, and ensure compliance with regulatory billing requirements
• Develop documentation and client deliverables while driving process improvement and client communication

Required Qualifications

• Previous SoftLab LIS experience in all four lab modules: BBK, MIC, PTH, LAB
• Expertise in Lab Integrations and familiarity with building integrations to third-party applications
• Intermediate to expert proficiency in Office suite products: Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong sense of responsibility, adaptability, and a professional demeanor with a customer service orientation
