Mainframe Datacom DBA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mainframe Datacom Database Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Debug system software problems and lead incident management efforts
• Maintain Datacom object definitions and manage DataDictionary utilities
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Datacom Technology as a DBA or Database Engineer
• Knowledge of Mainframe internals including SMP/E, TSO/E, ISPF/PDF, JCL, and z/OS Utilities
• Experience with Agile Practices and Agile Service Management
• Demonstrated change management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
