Job Summary
A company is looking for a Computer Operator to support an IT program for the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services Internal Service Desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve basic issues remotely through phone and email support, progressing to more complex issues with additional training
- Provide comprehensive support for efficient resolution of incidents and requests for end-users
- Document all required information into the ticketing system and maintain the in-house knowledgebase
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to type 35 WPM
- Must have lived in the United States for at least three out of the last five years
