Job Summary

A company is looking for a DevOps Leader in the Insurance Business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a team of DevOps engineers, fostering collaboration and establishing performance standards
• Develop and execute a DevOps strategy tailored to the insurance industry, including cloud migration and infrastructure standards
• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines while championing DevOps culture transformation and process improvements

Qualifications/Technical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• 7+ years in software development, IT operations, or DevOps, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, and GitHub in enterprise environments
• Expertise in Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline management and proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or related are preferred
