Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce environment, including user accounts and security settings
- Configure and customize Salesforce features and integrations to enhance workflow efficiency
- Conduct training and create documentation to drive user adoption and support onboarding
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201) preferred
- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including configuration and customization
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Shield and data security measures in regulated environments
