Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support the VISTA/Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) Team within the Office of Information Technology of the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and facilitate stand-up meetings, reviews, and retrospectives to monitor project progress and resolve team issues
• Assist the team with story selection, task definition, and removing impediments to ensure delivery on release goals
• Manage the JIRA board and backlog for sprint execution, ensuring goals and tasks are documented and organized

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or 5-7 years of experience or certification in lieu of a degree
• Experience working in an IT environment
• Proficient with JIRA, MS Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability/Public Trust clearance
