Job Summary
A company is looking for an IT Service Management Manager to oversee the delivery, improvement, and governance of IT services.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of IT services and manage internal and external support staff
- Lead ITSM projects and ensure adherence to project management methodologies
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee contract administration and performance evaluation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT service delivery or service management
- Strong understanding and practical application of ITIL (v3 or v4); certification is advantageous
- Experience managing service desk tools and ITSM platforms
- Knowledge of PRINCE2 project management framework
- University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
