Job Summary

A company is looking for an EHR Technical Capability Manager, responsible for leading EHR service delivery and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team providing support and maintenance for client health systems, including Epic solutions
• Serve as a point of escalation for issues and drive towards resolution while ensuring adherence to SLAs
• Manage relationships with end users, client stakeholders, and business partners to enhance collaboration and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Epic ECSA certification
• 5+ years of experience in complex IT managed services delivery
• 2+ years of technology leadership experience
• 2+ years of direct leadership of teams
• Experience supporting healthcare providers or organizations
