Technical Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Architect to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering, gap analysis, testing, and support sessions with customers
• Collaborate with product engineers on customer use cases and feedback
• Design and document functional and technical solutions, including process flows and integrations

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of enterprise-level experience in delivering Revenue and Finance solutions
• Experience in customer-facing solution delivery as a Technical Account Manager or similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business preferred
• Experience with ERP, Order to Cash, Billing, and/or CRM solutions is a plus
• Proficiency in SQL, PLSQL, or another programming language
