Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Analyst - UKG.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional expertise on OAST software applications and support process improvement and digital transformation
- Analyze and support installed systems, including system implementation, integration projects, and software quality assurance
- Act as a liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas, managing small- to mid-sized projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Healthcare, or IT, or a H.S. Diploma with 8 years of relevant experience
- Vendor application certification may be required
- Previous healthcare experience and knowledge of administrative systems preferred
- Experience with project management, systems analysis, software testing, and data management preferred
- Must be customer-service oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently
