Certified Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support development teams in applying agile practices effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and coach teams to self-organize and continuously improve
• Foster collaboration between Scrum Teams and stakeholders, mediating conflicts as necessary
• Identify and remove impediments to team progress while leveraging data for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business, information technology, or 3 years of relevant work experience
• 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or on a Scrum Team
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred
• Practical experience with multiple agile frameworks
• Experience with forecasting and release planning using agile metrics
