Job Summary

A company is looking for a Systems SAP SuccessFactors LMS Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), including system configuration and user account maintenance
• Upload learning content and ensure compliance training delivery across the organization
• Collaborate with the Learning & Development team, IT, and external vendors for seamless LMS operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• 5-8 years of experience in LMS administration, with at least 3 years managing SAP SuccessFactors LMS
• Experience with system configuration, content management, and reporting in SAP SuccessFactors LMS
• Proficiency in SCORM, AICC, xAPI, and other e-learning standards
• Strong knowledge of system integrations and data analysis using Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
